• Collecting application forms, references and thoroughly checking out applicants before selecting the best tenant for your property
• Creating a tenancy agreement to cover all landlord/tenant responsibilities
• Collecting a deposit and one month's rent in advance
• Compiling a moving in inventory including detailed photos to show the condition and contents of the property
